Women's Ministries

There are many opportunities for women at Christ Church St Ives.  Our first priority is to provide opportunity for women to know God and trust in His Son through the study of the Bible and in prayer. We seek to provide a place for those who would like to investigate Christianity further and to encourage and support those already trusting in Jesus. Our Women's Minister is Sarah Wheeley.

There are a number of Prayer and Bible Study groups for women that meet at varying times during the week.  For those from different cultural backgrounds, the Cross Cultural Link Group meets monthly.

Tuesday Morning Bible Study (WEB) 
On Tuesday morning 10am-12noon, small groups meet to study the Bible. Each group is led by an experienced leader who has prepared the study for the week. The Tuesday group has been meeting for 30 years.
 
Thursday Morning Bible Study (WEB)
On Thursday morning 10am-12noon, small groups meet to study the Bible. Each group is led by an experienced leader who has prepared the study for the week. A crèche is provided for mothers with small children.

Cross Cultural Link Group
Monthly Cross Cultural Link Group predominantly reaching out to non-English speaking women.
 
Weekend Away
We have every alternate year, a weekend away for women with a guest speaker and time to relax.
