Celebration Sunday is a joyful moment in the life of our church as we give thanks for God’s kindness in bringing people to new life in Christ. It's a day to witness and celebrate the transforming work of the gospel.

Those who are ready to publicly declare their faith in Jesus will stand before the church to profess their trust in him. It’s not about what we’ve done, but what God has done for us:

“He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.”

Baptisms will take place at three times across the day

• 9.45am – Baptisms for children and adults from our Mornings and Late Mornings services.

  NOTE: On Celebration Sunday, our Morning and Late Morning congregations will come together for a combined service starting at 9.45am.

• 4pm – For youth at Senior High who will be confirmed by the Bishop.

• 6pm – Baptisms for those from our Nights service.
