Care and Support
Care Ministry (Crisis & Chronic Care)
Our Care Ministry provides additional support in crisis situations, or in instances of severe or chronic illness, unemployment, domestic violence or relationship breakdown. Care Ministry carers are church members equipped to provide emotional and practical support, including visiting, Bible reading, prayer and phone calls, meals and transport.
Support Services & Resources
The latest statistics indicate that 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health disorder in any twelve-month period. Mental health challenges are common and something many of us will experience at some point in our lives. If you or someone else in your life is currently experiencing challenges to their mental health, please know that support is available.
If your life, or the life of someone you know is in danger, please call 000 for assistance or call Lifeline on 13 11 14 for 24/7 crisis support.
