Support Services and Resources
Mental Health Support
The latest statistics indicate that 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health disorder in any twelve-month period. Mental health challenges are common and something many of us will experience at some point in our lives. If you or someone else in your life is currently experiencing challenges to their mental health, please know that support is available. We have a Heavenly Father who loves us dearly and is steadfast to lean on in times of need. He also provides comfort, support and guidance through various means such as health professionals, his people and other resources. Please see the resources below for more information on where to get help.
If your life, or the life of someone you know is in danger, please call 000 for assistance or call Lifeline on 13 11 14 for 24/7 crisis support.
