The place of vulnerability in Growth Groups

We all want a Growth Group where people are open, honest and earnestly seeking to grow as disciples of Jesus together. Where people share the hard stuff. Where friendships in Christ are built. But it doesn’t happen automatically. How can we as leaders build a culture where people feel like they can open up and delight to share, not only the gospel, but their lives as well (1 Thes. 2:8)?

We do expect all Growth Group Leaders to come to the Booster, but we’re praying this is so much more than a tick-box event. We’re praying this will really help grow you as a leader and your group for the rest of the year and beyond. It will include a Bible talk on the topic of vulnerability from Gerard, interviews and time together in your teams. So please make sure you can make it and pray for a really impactful time together.
