Preschool Sunday is coming up on 31 August. We’re excited to welcome over 80 families and staff from our partner preschool as we celebrate Preschool Sunday! Please note that the service will begin at 9am instead of 9.15am this week.

The morning will start with a church service, including a performance by the preschool, followed by morning tea and a jumping castle.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Aim to arrive from 8.45am, for a 9am start. For preschool families come into the main building where the preschool teachers will meet you before the service begins and show you where to take a seat with the other preschool families.

The service begins at 9am and after some singing the kids will be on stage. They will then be invited to enjoy the preschool kids program at Christ Church with their preschool friends and teachers. Parents, grandparents and other adults will be encouraged to hear from Nigel Fortescue, the Senior Minister at Christ Church St Ives, engaging more with Christianity and Jesus. The whole service will be translated live in Mandarin and will be live-streamed.

After picking-up your children up from the preschool kids program, plan to stay for Morning Tea in the fenced playground area at Christ Church St Ives. There will be food, activities and a jumping castle for the kids!
