Meet our new Magnification Director

Tom: Hey, I'm here at Reach Australia Conference. A couple of the staff are up here this week. Reach Australia have been so beneficial to us as a staff team, particularly as we seek to navigate the five Ms, and what that actually looks like. But the most exciting thing on this video is that I've got our new Magnification Director here at the conference. This is Luke. Luke, we all want to know, what are you most excited about with magnification? What gives meaning to that role? What are you excited about in terms of actually coming to St Ives? We’re excited to have you.

Luke: Well, me and my wife and my kids are really excited to come down to St Ives, get to know you all, to know the community. And what I really love about magnification, it's just a title to pick up this area of life where we've been shown so much goodness in the gospel. We've been taken from darkness, from death to life, and as a result, we want to give all the glory and praise to God, to adore him, not out of a habit, but of a heart that overflows with thanksgiving. So I'm keen to jump into that area with you guys. I'm looking forward to it.

Tom: That's good. We're excited. You're gonna be coming in term three, is that right? August?

Luke: August.

Tom: August. Yeah. So look out for that. And it started raining, so I'm gonna finish this video.
